Michelle’s journey to founding DezignPea was born out of a deep desire to serve clients authentically — a sharp departure from her experiences in the traditional corporate world. Having spent years in the corporate marketing environment, Michelle was no stranger to the relentless focus on quotas, sales, and the bottom line. While the environment was fast-paced and financially rewarding, it lacked the soulfulness and client-centric ethos she craved.

Today, she is living her dream, working with clients she loves, loving her pets (a donkey too), and playing in the garden. Studying wine and supporting small and large businesses are her goals. Travel and adventure are a must as well as building her business. It's great when the work you do is the work you love.

With over 30 years of experience developing marketing and communication strategies, she will increase your brand position, awareness, and engagement.
